The QuikBrace™ ensure the quality and longevity of hardwood flooring

Hardwood flooring is a beautiful and timeless feature in any home. When laid properly, hardwood floors will last for many years, and withstand the wear and tear of family life. Installing hardwood flooring with the QuikBrace™ ensures that boards are secured, with no gaps between them.
The Quikbrace™ tips for hardwood flooring installation
Using the QuikBrace™ on concrete can push approximately 6 feet of floorboards together - either drilling and mounting to the subfloor or used timber boards laid at 90-degrees to extend out to the laid boards edge from the finishing wall. The extension boards then can be pushed off.
Some times cutting the floor in prior to laying can help as you can push off the dry board. Weights are a great way to help keep floorboards down and firmly in the adhesive. Long straight weights can also speed up the sanding process as the floor is generally laid flatter and therefore has less chance of being over sanded.
Over sanding can occur when floorboards are not laid flat. This dramatically reduces the wear layer and the floors integrity– so, be careful during the sanding process of either new or used floorboards and treat them properly.
